Qualifications

• 15+ years of tunnel construction management experience.
• Proven work history as Resident Engineer or Construction Manager with tunneling.
• Strong communication, teamwork and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple tasks and manage teams of construction admins and inspectors on major tunnel projects.
• Oversee project start to completion and site visits of ongoing work.
• Prepare reports, minutes, submittals, and correspondence for owners and contractors.
• Review schedules, RFIs, submittals and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance on site.
