Job summary

HNTB is seeking a senior engineering project manager to lead complex infrastructure initiatives in the Miami area. You will develop project scope and fee quotations, draft technical proposals and contracts, and act as the primary liaison with clients to ensure scope, schedule, and budgets are delivered to satisfaction.

You will supervise and mentor project teams, implement SDA-based delivery plans, and coordinate staffing, performance reviews, and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in engineering project management.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations; assist in proposals and contracts per HNTB approach.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage project teams to meet scope, schedule and budgets.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
• Implement project delivery plan following HNTB’s SDA; develop and execute project management plan.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews for project staff.
• Support business development with client relationships and pursuit efforts for mega projects; prepare proposals and materials.
• May participate in recruitment and staff development; perform other duties as assigned.
