Cyntel Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Instructor for Ft. Meade, MD.

This full-time role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and focuses on developing and delivering TSCM curriculum to students, maintaining records, and ensuring mission readiness. You will coordinate with senior staff, other instructors, and SMEs to mirror current field techniques, while managing training materials and ensuring a secure, compliant training environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 12 years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 10 years.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years.
• Master’s degree with 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum activities to train TSCM students.
• Maintain up-to-date student data and evaluate progress.
• Manage materials, supplies, and equipment for the TSCM mission.
• Instruct courses, monitor and assist other instructors, and liaise with SMEs.
