Job summary

Blue Iris Tech Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced TSCM instructor to support and lead curriculum development for security training programs at a Fort Meade site.

The role involves delivering approved content, evaluating student progress, and coordinating with CI experts to keep materials aligned with current field practices. Candidates should have at least four years in TSCM and have completed relevant training and instructor programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a TSCM Agent.
• Must have completed a service TSCM training program.
• Must have completed a service related instructor training program or have 2 years instructor experience.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of curriculum activities that advance each TSCM student’s training development.
• Support periodic reviews of training requirements, task inventories, and curriculum materials.
• Assist in evaluating student progress and maintain current student data.
• Support accountability, serviceability, security, and lifecycle management of training materials, supplies, and specialized equipment.
• Provide training leadership with status updates on activities, personnel training and certification, equipment, logistics, staffing, and other program requirements.
• Instruct assigned courses; monitor, evaluate, and assist other instructors.
• Conduct research and coordinate with technical counterintelligence subject matter experts to ensure curriculum reflects current, approved field practices.
• Apply counterintelligence knowledge to identify and assess threats affecting U.S. national security interests, including emerging-technology concerns.
• Apply knowledge of foreign intelligence and U.S./partner counterintelligence capabilities to approved analytic research, studies, strategy development, and instruction.
• Deliver approved course content and required training products in accordance with customer direction.
