Prescient Edge seeks a Mid-level TSCM Instructor - CI Specialist to develop and implement curriculum for TSCM training at Fort Meade, MD. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a TSCM Agent.
• Completion of a service TSCM training program.
• Completion of a service-related instructor training program or 2 years instructor experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum activities for TSCM training.
• Support annual reviews of TTIs for TCIS training.
• Instruct courses in assigned areas and evaluate student progress.
• Lead research and liaise with TCI SMEs to mirror current techniques and procedures.
• Monitor and assist other instructors to ensure program effectiveness.
