ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC seeks a SIGINT Operations Analyst in Colorado Springs, CO with TS/SCI. You will support operational planning, policy compliance, and coordination with NSA and other stakeholders to optimize SIGINT capabilities for mission success.

Responsibilities include developing CONOPS, briefing materials, and information papers, while maintaining trackers and knowledge products to ensure continuity and situational awareness. Weekend or night hours may be required.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI is required.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years directly relevant experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SIGINT operations or related field.
• Knowledge of the U.S. SIGINT Enterprise, organizations, mission relationships.
• Ability to author, review, and staff SIGINT policies, SOPs, and briefing materials.
• Willingness to work weekends/nights or non-standard hours.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate understanding of the U.S. SIGINT Enterprise, including key organizations, mission relationships, and coordination mechanisms.
• Apply knowledge of SIGINT policy, guidance, and oversight to support compliance and integration into mission activities.
• Support development, staffing, and refinement of SIGINT CONOPS, policies, SOPs, info papers, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate internal directorate elements, command staff, subordinate commands, and external stakeholders on SIGINT matters.
• Analyze requirements, intelligence gaps, and priorities to recommend SIGINT support approaches and coordination.
• Monitor SIGINT support to missions and identify issues affecting tasking, collection, reporting, or responsiveness; elevate as needed.
• Support SIGINT participation in exercises, rehearsals, planning events, and working groups; document outcomes and lessons learned.
• Maintain SIGINT trackers, support matrices, contact lists, and knowledge management products for continuity and awareness.
• Position may require work during weekends, nights, or other non-standard duty hours.
