Job summary

CADRE in Reston, VA seeks a Targeting Officer/SIGDEV Analyst to conduct operational SIGINT analysis and drive missions supporting national security objectives. You will use diverse collection methods, shape targeting across the IC, and build expertise in threats, proliferation, narcotics, or counterintelligence. A TS/SCI with poly is required, with 6+ years of IC experience.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and IC software tools are essential in this dynamic, onsite role.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with a current full scope polygraph
• 6+ years of relevant IC experience
• BA or BS degree (or additional 4 years experience in lieu of degree)
• Knowledge of various SIGINT collection methods used to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic and operational objectives
• Ability to collaborate across various elements within the organization and across the Intelligence Community
• Knowledge of all-source intelligence, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, or HUMINT collection or analysis
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and equivalent IC software tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as a SIGDEV Analyst conducting operational SIGINT analysis and research to drive complex missions that support national security objectives.
• Utilize various collection methods to drive targeting strategies and collaborate with partners across the Intelligence Community.
• Develop expertise in the client's functional missions, including threats, proliferation, narcotics, or counterintelligence and regional expertise.
