Job summary

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC seeks a Collection Assessor with TS/SCI clearance to support a Colorado Springs contract. The role focuses on developing performance measures and assessing multi-INT collection effectiveness across HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT, and Airborne ISR.

The candidate will produce dashboards, scorecards, and executive briefs for Joint Staff J32, DIA, and other stakeholders, and may work weekends or non-standard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of directly relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of five years of ISR assessment and collection management experience.
• Experience in airborne ISR operations and performance.
• Experience presenting collection assessments to senior leaders and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply performance measures to assess multi-INT collection.
• Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and briefing materials for leadership and stakeholders.
• Evaluate airborne ISR operations and optimize collection effectiveness.
• Represent USNORTHCOM in collection management and ISR forums and interagency groups.
