Job summary

TEC Industrial Inc. is seeking an experienced requirements specialist to advise and assist a US Intelligence Community client on a multi-year project. The analyst will support acquisitions, interact with senior stakeholders, and help optimize delivery of IT services.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with poly clearance required.
Bachelor's Degree in technical or business field.
At least 5 years in project/program management, contracts, or requirements writing.
Strong written and oral communication for varied audiences.
Experience with SharePoint and Confluence.
Ability to work independently and with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to define scope and ensure alignment with contract guidelines.
Provide acquisition and task order support, guiding requirements and analyses.
Draft and finalize mission partner requirements for IT support services.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant execution of task orders and SOWs.
Document major requirements and submit in Salesforce or equivalent system.
Develop task orders and acquisition requirements to meet client needs.
