Job summary

Nightwing Technologies, LLC is seeking an on-site Proposal Manager to lead the preparation of compliant, compelling proposals of varying size and complexity for both classified and unclassified programs. You will guide the pursuit team, draft and edit content, coordinate with subject matter experts, and ensure timely submission while applying Shipley methodologies and best practices in a government contracting environment.

TS/SCI preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 10 years of experience supporting proposal and business activities.
• Experience leading low complexity proposal efforts as a Proposal Manager.
• Ability to step in and support volume writers with content creation.
• Experience using collaboration software, such as SharePoint.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with government contract exposure.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and meeting tight deadlines.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance and willingness to travel up to 10% outside the WMA.

• Provide proposal development training per industry best practices.
