Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is hiring a Manager Industrial Security 1 for the Spectrum campus in Sacramento, CA. The role leads a security team, serves as Facility Security Officer, and ensures compliance with NISPOM and government regulations for classified materials.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with poly capabilities and management experience, and reports to the CNS Site Security Manager. Travel is occasional; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Industrial Security experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3 years of Industrial Security experience; an additional 4 years may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Current Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain/maintain a Poly
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in related field
• Requires completion of FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Curriculum within first 30 days of appointment

Responsibilities

• Provide security oversight for Northrop Grumman facilities located in Sacramento, CA and nearby sites as needed
• Serve as Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the Sacramento facility
• Manage a team of security professionals
• Develop, implement and administer security plans, programs, and policies for classified materials
• Prepare security plans and procedures for handling, storing and granting access to restricted areas and information
• Ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 and NISPOM Rule
• Maintain compliance with government regulations and conduct internal/external reviews
• Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions
• Maintain classified accountability and oversee secure storage/workspaces
• Provide security awareness training and OPSEC program
• Perform personnel security processes and background investigations
• Prepare, review and submit DD254s; coordinate with Enterprise Security Services Center
• Maintain security camera and badging systems; manage Insider Threat program
