Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Trusts & Estates.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved program preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estate and fiduciary tax returns, including Estate Tax Returns.
• Maintain trust accounting records and audit accounts.
• Reconcile general ledger and broker statements; manage payables and deposits.
• Maintain close client contact and advise attorneys and clients.
• Meet annual billable hour targets of 1600 hours and manage workload.
