Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Trusts & Estates.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved program preferred; significant related experience may be considered.

• Proven success in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong client case management experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estate and fiduciary tax returns; file tax returns.
• Fund irrevocable trusts and administer estates; probate administration.
• Maintain trust accounting and reconcile statements; manage G/L and broker statements.
• Draft probate pleadings and handle client communications.
• Meet the 1600-hour annual billable target and manage files.
• Learn and apply legal AI tools and technology.
