The position supports a high-volume practice requiring strong detail and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in Trusts & Estates, excellent communication, and proficiency in tax and trust software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Trusts & Estates experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred; significant experience may substitute.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, continually changing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and tax/trust accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estate and fiduciary tax returns.
• Maintain trust records and conduct audits; reconcile accounts.
• Maintain G/L accounts, reconcile broker statements, prepare payables and deposits.
• Probate administration, including drafting probate pleadings.
• Meet annual billable hour target of 1600 hours.
