Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in administering estates and post-death fiduciary matters.
• Prepare tax returns including estate and fiduciary tax returns.
• Maintain trust ledgers, perform trust accounting, and audit accounts.
• Draft probate pleadings and handle probate administration.
• Maintain client contact and coordinate with financial advisors.
• Ensure compliance with billable hour requirements and deadlines.
