Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Trusts & Estates Tax Professional to support the firm’s estate practice across multiple offices. The role focuses on estate administration, post-death trust funding, tax return preparation, and client case management.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of experience in trusts & estates, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex matters with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Trusts & Estates, including complex estate and trust administration.
• Two-year degree is required; Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved program preferred; significant related experience may substitute.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with tax/trust accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Estate Tax Returns and Fiduciary Income Tax Returns.
• Maintain trust accounting and audit accounts.
• Probate administration and drafting probate pleadings.
• Manage client case management and maintain close client contact.
• Learn and implement legal AI tools and adapt to new technology.
