This role involves representing clients in complex fiduciary disputes and offers significant courtroom time along with leadership opportunities. Ideal candidates will have exceptional legal writing skills and a strong capacity to mentor junior attorneys. Qualifications

• 20+ years of litigation experience focused on trusts & estates defense.
• Demonstrated success in complex fiduciary and probate disputes with trial experience.
• Exceptional legal writing, analysis, and courtroom advocacy.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple high-level cases and deadlines.
• Leadership mindset with capacity to mentor junior attorneys.
• Colorado Bar required; JD from an accredited law school (federal admission preferred).

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive defense strategies from intake through trial.
• Draft and refine pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Lead depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients and colleagues.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to manage deadlines.
• Track changes in state and federal trust & estate law.
