Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in trusts and estate litigation.
• Experience with 25 depositions and 5 trials.
• Deep understanding of Probate Code, CRC, and CCP.
• Ability to manage a case independently through trial.

• Handle all phases of litigation including drafting and court appearances.
