Kestra Financial, Inc. seeks a Trust Officer Senior to lead trust operations and oversee client accounts. You will guide the team, develop internal policies, and ensure compliant, efficient administration for beneficiaries and referring advisors, aligning with enterprise goals.

You will supervise junior officers, bring wealth-management expertise, and manage specialized assets while collaborating across departments to drive business opportunities and risk controls.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising or mentoring junior trust officers.
• Background within private banking, wealth management, or estate settlement teams.
• Experience with specialized assets.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish operational goals and work plans, and delegate assignments to your team.
• Develop policies affecting immediate client operations and broader team impact.
• Analyze situations or data requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational goals.
• Coordinate with financial advisors, business development and document review to determine business appropriateness.
• Implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
• Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
• Respond to inquiries from management, auditors, and bank examiners; provide solutions.
• Perform trust account administration per internal procedures (open/close accounts, monitor goals, fees, reviews, tax prep).
• Work with professional partners and co-workers; master all trust systems.
