Job summary

Kestra Financial, Inc. is seeking a Trust Officer Senior to lead client account administration and oversee trust operations, reporting to the Branch Manager. You will ensure satisfaction of trust beneficiaries and referring financial advisors while maintaining compliance.

You will develop operational goals, implement policies, supervise staff, and coordinate with advisors and auditors to protect client interests and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or mentoring junior trust officers.
• Background within private banking, wealth management, or estate settlement teams.
• Experience with specialized assets.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Set operational goals, develop team work plans, and delegate assignments.
• Help develop policies affecting client operations.
• Analyze data to align with enterprise goals.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and business development.
• Ensure budgets, schedules, and performance requirements are met.
• Oversee trust account administration including openings, closings, fees, and reviews.
• Respond to inquiries from management, auditors, and bank examiners.
• Master trust systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
