The Forge Companies in the United States is seeking a Senior Trust Operations Specialist to support Trust Administration and the Operations Manager in daily account management.

You will mentor and train junior staff, ensure accuracy in reporting, and lead process improvements across trust platforms. A college degree or equivalent experience, plus proficiency in Excel/Word, are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Trust Accounting platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to self-identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsabilités

• Receive, review, and process new/existing client account paperwork.
• Ensure all client records are updated accurately and timely.
• Assist in transferring and re-registering securities for new accounts.
• Perform data analysis for accurate transaction reporting to internal clients.
• Coordinate with outside firms to connect custodial platforms for held away accounts.
• Oversee reconciliation processes with the Trust Accounting service provider and improve efficiency.
