The Crosby Company of New Hampshire is seeking a Senior Trust Analyst to support administration of partnership accounts and farm-related entities, coordinating with Trust Advisors, Trust Officers, and the Farm Manager to ensure accurate records and compliant processing.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in an accounting or transactional processing role.
• Experience with Accounting Software (ATWeb preferred) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide general transaction processing and administration of partnership and farm accounts.
• Prepare and review farm-related transaction reports and recurring payments.
• Coordinate with Farm Manager, employees, and vendors for transaction documentation.
• Analyze and process a high volume of disbursement transactions with client service focus.
• Prepare and distribute monthly boarding invoices and perform AR reconciliations.
• Reconcile show sheet activity and losses, research discrepancies, maintain docs.
• Ensure all transactions align with business policies and procedures.
• Communicate with team and vendors to obtain invoice approvals and docs.
• Monitor expenses and email inbox to ensure timely processing of key transactions.
• Ensure accounts have sufficient funding for disbursements.
• Track disbursement requirements and budgets against plans.
• Establish new vendors and client accounts as directed.
• Prepare client expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform periodic testing of new system builds prior to integration.
• Keep team policies and procedures current; conduct month-end reviews.
