Job summary

The Crosby Company of New Hampshire is seeking a Senior Trust Analyst to support partnership and farm-related accounts, manage transaction processing, and ensure accurate record-keeping. You will work with Trust Advisors, Officers, and the Farm Manager to oversee financial activity and vendor interactions.

The role requires strong attention to detail, mult-tasking ability, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in an accounting or transactional processing role.
• Prior experience with Accounting Software (ATWeb preferred but not required) and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide general transaction processing and administration of partnership and farm-related accounts.
• Prepare and review farm-related transaction reports, expense analysis, and recurring payments on various cadences.
• Coordinate with the Farm Manager, employees, and vendors to support invoice approvals and documentation.
• Analyze and process a high volume of disbursement transactions with emphasis on client service and deadlines.
• Prepare and distribute monthly boarding invoices and perform accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Reconcile show sheet activity and winnings, and maintain supporting documentation.
• Ensure transactions align with business policies and procedures; monitor funding for disbursements.
• Establish new vendors and client accounts; prepare expense reports for accuracy.
• Perform month-end reviews of discrepancies and assist with system testing and policy updates.
