Job summary

JTC Group is seeking an experienced Senior Trust Administrator to manage complex fiduciary accounts for US domestic and international clients. You will ensure compliance, mitigate fiduciary risks, and collaborate with legal, tax, and investment teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in trust administration, strong cross-border expertise, and excellent communication and mentorship skills to guide junior staff and support committees. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in trust administration, estate planning, or wealth management.
• Experience managing a diverse portfolio of trust accounts.
• Ability to manage complex cross-border and international trust clients.
• Experience in operational, tax and fiduciary activities related to complex trust clients.

Responsibilities

• Administer a variety of complex fiduciary accounts for US domestic and international clients.
• Ensure a superior level of client service while effectively managing fiduciary risk.
• Identify and address different types of trust issues and assets, escalating as needed.
• Provide guidance and development opportunities to administrative staff and delegate work.
• Serve on administration, oversight, and discretionary committees if needed.
• Participate in business development to highlight trust administration processes.
