Job summary

JTC Group in Boston, MA is seeking a Sr. Administrator to support Client Services, delivering excellent customer service and guiding clients’ needs through accurate procedures and process improvements.

The role includes administering trust and escrow, and Like Kind Exchange administration, with emphasis on timely and accurate client billing. The candidate should have 3+ years in client service and at least some banking or financial services experience, including escrow knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of client service or customer success experience.
• Banking or financial services experience including trust/escrow knowledge is preferred.
• Knowledge of 1031 Like Kind Exchanges is beneficial.
• Detail oriented with ability to review legal and financial documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of service and portal usage.
• Coordinate with banks and clients to open escrow accounts and manage requirements.
• Process receipts and disbursements, establish subaccounts, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Handle timely and accurate client billing and create desk procedures per client.
• Process Like Kind Exchanges, coordinate with related parties to ensure timely funding and settlement.
