Responsibilities

• Represent clients in probate and trust litigation, including will contests and fiduciary duty claims.
• Provide comprehensive estate planning, drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney.
• Advise on planning strategies to mitigate taxes and ensure wealth transfer.
• Handle probate and trust administration and conservatorship proceedings.
• Maintain strong client relationships with regular updates and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with the legal team to stay current on trust and estate law developments.
