Qualifications

• 8-15 years of litigation experience.

• Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage depositions, motion practice, discovery, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Develop or expand trusts and estates litigation practice.
• Deliver exceptional client service with strong advocacy.
