Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 3–5 years of experience in trusts, estates, wills, probate, and estate planning.
• Current license to practice law in NH.
• Proven drafting experience and probate navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on trusts, estates, wills, probate, and power of attorney.
• Draft, review, and amend wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Navigate probate processes including estate and trust administrations.
• Develop tailored estate plans for clients' needs and circumstances.
• Represent clients in court proceedings related to trusts and estates if needed.
• Stay updated with changes in trusts, estates, probate, and estate planning laws.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure comprehensive client service.
• Maintain strong client relationships and high ethical standards.
