Job summary

JTC Group in Delaware seeks an experienced operations professional to manage the trust accounting platform relationship and interface with investment advisors and broker/dealers. The role includes reconciling operating accounts and client statements.

Requires 3–5 years in trust operations, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong knowledge of trust estates and taxes. Hybrid work within Private Client Services enabling cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant trust operation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of trust estates and tax laws.
• Ability to identify and communicate tax planning vehicles.
• Strong working knowledge of the interpretation and practical application of trust and estate document provisions, trust and estate law, taxes and investments.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes for efficiency and feasibility.
• Create financial reports for senior management.
• Coordinate and participate in Disaster Recovery Testing.
• Oversee operating accounts, scanning and reconciliation.
• Prepare reports responsive to regulatory examination and audit requests.
• Maintain Delaware office operations and support Private Client Services.
