Job summary

Arden Trust Company, part of Kestra Holdings, is seeking an experienced Trust Administrator to provide administrative, operational, and data-entry support to a Trust Officer. The role requires strong organizational capabilities and a proficiency in trust-related workflows.

You will assist with daily account activity and collaborate with financial partners to ensure client satisfaction. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Trust Administration experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training or work experience.
• 5+ years Trust Administrator experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supports Trust Officer in administration of trust accounts.
• Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
• Manages multiple projects of medium complexity and contributes to process improvements.
• Identifies non-routine issues and routes/escalates.
• Interacts with financial partners and trust clients.
• Performs daily account activity: posts receipts, enters trade orders, raises cash for distributions, processes transfer instructions, handles inquiries, researches discrepancies.
• Maintains all account documentation and participates in special projects.
