Job summary

Truist is seeking a Fiduciary Team Leader to oversee Trust Administration activities and client delivery for their segment(s). You will coach Center Trust Advisors and Client Service Specialists, coordinate risk and compliance oversight, and lead projects that benefit the Advisory Center line within Truist geography.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely execution of governance, policies, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining strong communication with partners and peers.

Qualifications

• College degree with emphasis on Business or Finance.
• Significant experience (over 10 years) in Trust Administration, Fiduciary oversight and new business activities for Personal Trust.
• Familiarity with state laws governing Personal Trust administration.
• Strong leadership and ability to meet competing deadlines.
• Proven ability to communicate with partners and peers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead Trust Administration and client delivery commitments.
• Coach, develop, oversee and evaluate Center Trust Advisors and Client Service Specialists.
• Coordinate risk, compliance and oversight activities with Fiduciary Director and partners.
• Oversee ongoing management routines and project execution for Advisory Center line.
• Address client or teammate escalations and escalate when needed.
