Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Fiduciary Team Leader to oversee day-to-day Trust Administration, client delivery, risk oversight, and compliance for their fiduciary segment. This in-office role leads the Fiduciary Team and drives assigned projects across the advisory center.

Responsibilities include coaching Trust Advisors, coordinating with Risk, Legal, and Compliance, and ensuring timely completion of all client-related commitments while escalating to the Fiduciary Director as

Qualifications

• College degree with preferred emphasis on Business or Finance.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in Trust Administration and fiduciary oversight.
• Familiarity with state laws governing Personal Trust administration.
• Strong leadership and deadline-driven skills.
• Proven ability to communicate with partners and peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of Trust Administration and client delivery commitments.
• Coach and assess Center Trust Advisors and Client Service Specialists.
• Coordinate risk, compliance, and oversight activities with partners.
• Oversee ongoing management routines and advisory projects.
• Address client or teammate escalations with the Fiduciary Director when needed.
