• Mentor design team members and support professional growth.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams and external customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align designs with customer expectations and project scopes.
• Create and review truss designs, optimizing for material efficiency and cost.
• Use MiTek and AutoCAD to deliver accurate designs; perform inspections and repairs as needed.
• Develop strategies to achieve departmental goals and improve workflows.
• Identify solutions to reduce design errors and improve material utilization.
