Qualifications

• 8+ years of wood truss design experience.
• Proficiency in MiTek or Alpine software.
• Strong background in residential and multifamily work.
• Prior remote work experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Leadership or lead designer experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design roof and floor truss systems for residential and multifamily projects.
• Review layouts for accuracy, efficiency, and code compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and customers to resolve design challenges.
• Support junior designers as needed.
• Maintain turnaround times in a fast-paced environment.
