Job summary

OSW Equipment & Repair, LLC is seeking an experienced Assembly Technician III to safely assemble, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems on dump trucks and trailers. The role demands strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and quality.

The technician will perform tasks from drilling holes and wiring to large assembly installations, with opportunities for overtime and on-site work at Snohomish, WA.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read service/repair manuals and blueprints or schematics.
• Welding in flat and vertical positions (all position welding) and hydraulic system repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems on dump trucks and trailers.
• Drill holes in steel frames and bolt on parts; run electrical wiring and hoses.
• Touch up paint and perform quality checks on full truck operation.
• Fully plumb, install, and test pressure settings on hydraulic systems.
