Pape’ Kenworth, a premier medium and heavy-duty truck dealer in the West, is seeking an Experienced Truck Technician for the day shift. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Class 7/8 trucks, with a focus on uptime and customer satisfaction. Join a team that supports growth, training, and a strong benefits package.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in a fully equipped shop with access to Cummins and MX software. Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working on medium and heavy-duty Class 7/8 trucks, engines, electrical systems and chassis.
• Diesel tech degree candidates welcome; mechanical aptitude a plus.
• Must provide own tools and have good communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair medium and heavy-duty Class 7/8 trucks in a shop environment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, restoring peak performance.
• Repair or rebuild major components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Work with a team of technicians to ensure high quality workmanship and uptime.
