Ideal candidate will manage case files, conduct legal research, interview clients, summarize depositions, organize evidence, and coordinate with attorneys and external parties. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and document management systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing cases for court and drafting legal documents, pleadings, and discovery.
• Calendaring, and other litigation paralegal duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process new cases and prepare files for attorney review.
• Calendar SOLs and trial dates.
• Summarize depositions and legal documents.
• Coordinate subpoenas and track medical records.
• Draft legal documents, discovery, motions, and pleadings.
• Prepare hearing exhibits and court documents.
• Occasional travel to legal functions, hearings, and trials.
