Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience in state and federal court.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills required.
• Experience with depositions and courtroom appearances is expected; federal court/arbitration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Litigate commercial disputes from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Work with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation management.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Manage caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and billable requirements.
