Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager, Trial Delivery Management (TDM) to be located in the Tempo office in Maidenhead, United Kingdom. Hybrid work is available with remote consideration on a case-by-case basis.

The role oversees study-level activities, vendor management, and country/regional delivery. You will mentor teams, drive risk reviews, and contribute to program-level training and process improvements across global trials.

Competenze

• BS degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries.

Mansioni

• Execute study-level activities and update trial-specific documents.
• Oversee vendor set-up, management, SOWs and budget oversight.
• Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and risk reviews.
• Support program-level compound training with Clinical/CTL&D/Medical Writing.
• Provide input into trial-level operational strategies and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and onboard new Trial Management team members.
