Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
• Provide legal updates to claims professionals and clients.
• Train and mentor claims staff as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with courts and opposing counsel.
• Stay current with legal trends and complete continuing legal education.
