Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing.
• Trial experience preferred for Attorney role; senior role requires extensive independent handling of complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Represent insureds in court and manage witnesses and evidence.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs for defense.
• Prepare for and handle trials and appeals; travel for depositions and court appearances.
