Job summary

LJB Engineering Company seeks a Trenchless Rehabilitation Practice Lead to support rapid growth in tunnel and trenchless design and construction management. The candidate will bring 15+ years of trenchless rehab experience, including design and construction roles, and hold a PE license or equivalent.

Responsibilities include geotechnical engineering, calculations, proposal development, and client relationship building across the US and Canada. Office-based with potential field work and travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of trenchless rehabilitation experience.
• PE licensed or equivalent knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil/geotechnical field; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform geotechnical engineering for trenchless rehabilitation of municipal water and wastewater systems.
• Produce structural/geotechnical calculations for trenchless design (CIPP, sliplining, SAPL, etc.).
• Develop proposals, estimates, and schedules; lead tasks and teams; deliver technical documents.
