The candidate has 15+ years of trenchless rehab experience, a PE, and strong leadership with a track record in delivering technical memoranda, construction plans, and specifications. Qualifications

• 15+ years of trenchless rehabilitation experience across design and construction.
• Experience with tunnel and trenchless projects in soft ground and hard rock.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong proposal writing and project scoping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform geotechnical engineering for trenchless design and construction.
• Produce structural and geotechnical calculations for trenchless rehab methods (CIPP, sliplining, SAPL, spiral wound, pipe bursting, pipe ramming).
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and schedules; lead tasks and teams; produce technical deliverables.
• Independently develop memoranda, letters, and reports.
• Responsible for business development activities to secure new work in US/Canada.
• Communicate technical and non-technical information clearly with owners, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Increase company visibility through regional initiatives, conferences, committees, and industry activities.
• Office-based hours; field work may include night/weekend.
• Other duties as assigned.
