Emerald Tree & Shrub Care Company in New Rochelle, NY is seeking a Senior Tree Care Advisor to build trusted client relationships and deliver expert arboricultural solutions.

You will assess trees and shrubs, develop customized pruning and health care plans, and collaborate with field teams to ensure safe, high-quality service while pursuing growth with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Experience in consultative sales and licensing preferences expected; US-based credentials encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assess health and care needs of trees and shrubs for residential, commercial, and institutional clients.

About the Role

As a Senior Tree Care Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in building trusted client relationships, delivering expert arboricultural solutions, and contributing to the long-term health and beauty of diverse landscapes. Responsibilities

• Assess the health, safety, structure, and care needs of trees and shrubs for residential, commercial, and institutional clients
• Develop and present customized recommendations for pruning, plant health care, tree preservation, removal, and related services
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service
• Grow and manage a client portfolio through referrals, networking, and outreach
• Prepare clear, detailed proposals and follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Identify opportunities to provide clients with comprehensive, long-term landscape care solutions
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure safe, accurate, and high-quality service delivery
• Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally
• Stay current on industry research, plant health care practices, and safety standards
• Represent Emerald Tree & Shrub Care with professionalism, integrity, and technical expertise
