Job summary

You will coordinate insurance renewals, maintain policy listings, perform risk assessments, and support financial disclosures related to derivatives and risk management. A strong Excel background and 5+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial, accounting, or risk management experience.
• Experience with corporate insurance risk management.
• Advanced experience utilizing Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renewal activities for U.S. and Global insurance placements, including submission information and broker meetings.
• Maintain global insurance policy listings and reports of open claim activity.
• Evaluate insurance policy lines, limits and deductibles for adequate coverages.
• Coordinate claims filing, analysis, and investigation of claims.
• Prepare monthly accounting for insurance matters and annual budgeting for U.S. policy placements.
• Monitor Certificates of Insurance requirements for Global Dauch entities.
• Assist the Risk Manager in projects to optimize insurance programs and risk strategies.
• Prepare consolidated accounting for the U.S. Workers Compensation programs.
• Support ERM processes and risk management training and communications.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating foreign exchange exposures.
