P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. is seeking an experienced Treasury & Revenue Accounting Manager to join our Global Support Center in Scottsdale, AZ. This role oversees daily cash positioning, banking administration, and revenue reconciliation across multiple units.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Accounting/Finance and at least 5 years in treasury or financial operations, with restaurant/hospitality experience preferred. Location is Scottsdale headquarters with standard office-based duties.

Qualifications

• Requires BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressively responsible treasury, accounting, or financial operations experience, including management experience.
• Restaurant/retail hospitality exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and visibility of cash balances and liquidity.
• Oversee treasury controls, banking administration, and accounts access.
• Reconcile restaurant sales, cash settlements, and POS activity to GL and merchant processors.
• Ensure accurate bank reconciliations and investigate reconciling items.
• Review revenue-related entries and balance-sheet accounts for unusual items.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve settlement and cash issues.
• Coach and develop team members and support quarterly close and audits.
• Identify automation opportunities across banking and revenue settlement processes.
