Ripple Treasury seeks a Program Manager to guide implementations across the Americas, connecting strategic goals to delivery plans. You will manage cross-functional teams, mentor the PMO, and ensure value realization for clients on time and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years in program or project management, with experience leading enterprise SaaS deployments and coordinating remote teams across global client projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project management.
• 2+ years managing enterprise SaaS or professional services deployments.
• Experience with multi-solution programs and remote teams.
• Ability to mentor junior PMs.

Responsibilities

• Own program-level delivery across a portfolio of Ripple Treasury implementations.
• Serve as senior sponsor liaison, aligning scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Maintain program plans, RAID logs, and governance reporting.
• Identify cross-project risks and drive issue resolution.
• Lead executive status updates, steering meetings, and reviews.
• Mentor Project Managers and provide escalation support.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Champion governance, change management, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to PMO capability-building and playbook development.
