Ripple Treasury is hiring a Program Manager to guide the implementation of client solutions across the Americas. You will connect strategic objectives with delivery plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and mentor the PMO team to ensure value realization on time and within budget.

With 5+ years in program management and enterprise SaaS delivery, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales and Customer Success to align outcomes with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, including enterprise SaaS or professional services implementations.
• Experience managing multi-solution programs with remote/global teams.
• Strong collaborator management skills across all organizational levels, including C-suite.
• Experience working with Systems Integrators or global consulting firms.

Responsibilities

• Own program-level delivery across a portfolio of concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations and ensure coordinated progress.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for client program sponsors and executive collaborators, aligning scope, timelines and business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain coordinated program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs, and program-level reporting.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and customer concerns; drive issue resolution with urgency.
• Facilitate executive-level status updates, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews with clients and leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales and Customer Success to align delivery with client objectives.
