Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Senior Treasury Solution Consultant to drive revenue in payables automation. You will partner with Relationship Managers, Product teams, and fintech partners to optimize procure-to-pay, AP workflows, and ERP integrations, guiding clients through payments modernization.

The role blends technical acumen with client engagement, contributing to roadmap insights and championing efficient working capital strategies across mid-to-large businesses.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Treasury Management, Payments, Fintech, or ERP-related experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Payable processes within mid-market or large corporate environments.
• Strong technical knowledge in integrating banking solutions with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with APIs, host-to-host connectivity, file-based integrations (EDI, XML, CSV), and data transformation/mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in technical and operational conversations with client stakeholders, including Treasury, IT, and Finance teams.
• Experience with fintech platforms (AP automation, payment aggregators, reconciliation tools) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Treasury Management revenue with payables solutions across clients.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Officers, Product teams, and fintech partners.
• Design and deliver strategies that optimize procure-to-pay automation and working capital efficiency.
• Conduct Business Process Reviews to map end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations.
• Provide consultative guidance on payables digitization and migration to electronic channels.
• Analyze impact on operational efficiency, working capital, liquidity, and reporting.
