Qualifications

• 5+ years of Treasury Management, Payments, Fintech, or ERP-related experience.
• Deep expertise in Accounts Payable processes within mid-market or large corporate environments.
• Strong technical knowledge in integrating banking solutions with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, host-to-host connectivity, file-based integrations (EDI, XML, CSV).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep proficiency in Payables Automation solutions including Card, ACH, Wire, Real-Time Payments, Check Print, and bundled solutions.
• Serve as SME in Accounts Payable workflows, including PO, Invoice and Payment execution, reconciliation, ERP trends.
• Maintain sales pipeline visibility and drive opportunities through closure to maximize revenue.
• Conduct Business Process Reviews to map end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations and find optimization opportunities.
• Provide guidance on payables digitization strategies, including migration to electronic channels.
• Analyze impact on operational efficiency, working capital, liquidity, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities based on client needs and fintech trends; inform roadmap.
• Facilitate complex discussions translating advanced processes into practical concepts.
• Represent Fifth Third in client presentations and industry forums.
• Lead internal and external educational sessions on Payables solutions.
